Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that we've received:

How many coats of paint do you apply?
Most neutral colors cover well with just a single coat, but we apply a second coat if there is any "bleed through" due to either a bold coat underneath, or a pale top coat. On rare occassions a third coat is applied if necessary.

What kind of paint do you use?
We prefer quality Duron paints and will match any color sample you have, even from other manufacurers.

I already have the paint I want. Can you use that?
Certainly. If you already have the paint, or want us to use a particular brand, we'll be happy to use it.

My walls have a lot of dents and scuff marks. Can you fix that?
Patching holes, sanding rough areas, and covering stains are all part of the preparation that we do before painting. Your walls will look like new when we're done.

Our previous painter used a paint sprayer that left paint "dust" throughout the house. Do you use a sprayer?
No, we only use rollers and brushes specifically to prevent the problem you had last time.

I don't allow smoking in my house. Do you smoke?
No, and we don't allow any of our subcontractors to smoke in customers' houses without permission from the owner.

Our cedar deck has turned gray and we want it restored to its natural color. What can you do?
Wood turns gray naturally as it ages, but much of the natural color can be restored by powerwashing. We recommend applying a clear or pigmented water-repellent sealer afterwards to help preserve the natural look.

Do you do business offices?
Yes, all of our services are available for both commercial and residential customers.
